The delicious risotto "Ravello" with Lemon Zest is an easy to cook one pot meal made with all natural            ingredients and is ready-to-cook in just three simple steps.

Risotto Ravello with Lemon Zest is made in Italy with premium, natural ingredients blended together in one package. This means you don’t have to spend time finding and measuring out each ingredient, allowing you to get dinner on the table in no time.

The package contains only natural ingredients, so you can be sure that you’re feeding your family a healthy and nutritious meal.

The lemon zest adds a touch of brightness and freshness to the dish, and is the perfect complement to any fish or shellfish preparation: try it with some tuna in oil for a quicket and balanced meal!

DIRECTIONS: Bring 750 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. 
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 16 minutes, adding more water if needed. Remove the lid and keep cooking for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional grated cheese before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Before serving, add 100g of tuna in oil melted with 1 tbsp of butter and some parsley.
